WEBSITE
Use our shopping bag to make up your order, just click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping bag. When you have everything you need into your shopping bag click "Checkout" At the checkout page, review your order and enter your details, (don't forget to enter your smart-buy account number if you have one). When paying by credit card we must have the security code and full name and address including postcode of the registered card holder as appears on the statement. We accept credit card payment via Visa, Mastercard or Switch/Delta/Solo Cards only. When all your details are complete submit your order and wait for the confirmation page to be displayed, this will give you your Order ID so you should always print the confirmation page for your records. For normal delivery allow 2-3 working days.

Payment by Cheque via the Website
If you prefer to pay by cheque, you may still place your order via the web site making sure that you click the cheque with order box. Print out your order confirmation page and send this to us with your payment. Goods will be despatched on confirmation of cleared funds.

Delivery Terms
Free delivery for product orders over and above £85.00 excluding VAT. Product orders valued under £85.00 excluding VAT
will have a delivery charge of £8.00, unless you live within these postal areas:
BT, JE, GY, IM, KM where the postage charge will
be £25.00. Any damaged or missing goods should be reported within 48
hours of receipt of order. Claims after this elapsed period will not be entertained.

Returned Goods
Exclusions-For hygiene reasons the seller is unable to accept return of cuticle and nail nippers/scissors or equipment/accessories that have been used. Additionally, as a protective measure for all customers, returns of beauty products which have been opened will not be accepted. When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, we may agree to their return on the following conditions:
A. The item must be in perfect condition and returned in original packaging carton. B. A request should be made to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. C. No refund will be made in respect of the delivery charges levied on the original order. D. It is the clients responsibility to arrange for the return postage and to ensure that the goods are adequately packed to avoid damage in transit and to get proof of posting/despatch. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods in transit to us. E. Collection can be arranged by our carrier at a cost of £15.00 per parcel (depending on weight).
Faulty goods will be collected and inspected before any replacements or refunds can be issued.

Payment Terms
Payment should be made in full when order is placed unless an account is held. Credit card orders are accepted at no extra charge.
When paying by card we require the security code of the card and the full name and address including postcode of the regisitered card holders (as appears on the statement). Without this information orders cannot be processed.

General Conditions
All prices are quoted in Pounds and exclude VAT. Goods are not sold on a sale and/or return basis. For prompt service, payment should be forwarded with each order.
